Moving, two geese need a home, Lansing, MI

My family is moving out of state in two weeks. I have two geese that are five years old and need a place to go. Please help. I will drive them anywhere so they are well taken care of.

What kind are they? Are you moving anywhere near Indianapolis? Or coming that way. And pictures would really help to find them a good home.
