We went and looked at it. Gonna have to ask about that. It needs some landscaping definitley, there's poison ivy in the yard, but the whole back yard is chainlink and already a fence we could put the girls in. LOTS of shade, a memosa tree in the front yard, and newish siding.


Went back for a second look to show Grandma, :O). We found out that in the back yard there is a shed that is about, um... 10x6? Mom said, oh tool storage, looked at me and laughed. I'm thinking chicken coop, unless we do tractors. It really does seem like a chicken friendly place, though no one around appears to have them. Um, there is a drain pipe that needs to be extended to drain in a better place, a lot of weed pulling, and I think it's decent
