I've used MPC for a couple orders. The first was for two pairs of juvinile Mille Fleur's. They shipped them with no issues and everyone arrived healthy, happy and gorgeous. About two weeks after they arrived I had a coon attack and kill one of the hens. I was panic striken. All the sudden I had two roos and one hen. I called MPC and their customer service was above and beyond anything I expected. They shipped out a single hen (not their policy but under the circumstances). These birds have gone through their first moult and are even more beautiful. They spots are prominent and feet feathers very full.
My second experience was for nine silkie hens and one silkie roo as well as nine red frizzle hens and one frizzle roo. The sexing was perfect. All the banties arrived healthy and not one loss. The silkie roo is drop dead gorgeous. Of the frizzles about half frizzled and the other half are puffy red cochins. Whoever they use as a hatchery was 100% on the silkies (I believe they are the only one who sexes silkies).
I would use them again in a NY second and am trying to decide if I'm going to place an order this year or not. Still on the fence, but not due to the quality or customer service; both were outstanding.
