He is pretty, I agree...all the pics online show so much more brown and he has little if any......is this still true, Salmon Favorelle?

He isn't a pure Salmon Favorelle. Salmon Favorelle Roosters will have Salmon/ Brown in the wing bow and along the back.

There are several different type markings on the roos, but a good bred roo will have a black body, blonde neck & saddle feathers, with red wings, & a black, or gray-black beard. Yours looks like pet-quality hatchery stock. Handsome, none the less!
