Ms respiratory strikes again. One hen sick

ive been giving my hen tylan 50 twice daily for 3 days. Still sounds bad. Should I do it 3 times a day??

I'm sorry your hen is not well.
What dosage of Tylan50 are you giving?
What symptoms does she have? You know for sure it's MG?

Tylan50 dosage is 0.25ml per pound of weight given orally 3 times a day for 5 days.

I’m thinking it’s MG it flairs up once in a while with my chickens. Sneezing, and rattled breathing is her symptoms. I’ve only been giving it to her twice daily, 0.25 per pound. Does it sound like MG? Usually they clear up pretty good. Thanks @Wyorp Rock

No way to know for sure without testing, but if it "flairs up" every once in a while, then yes, I would make an assumption that it's MG, especially if they respond to Tylan50.
The worry would be becoming antibiotic resistant. Have you looked into using Denagard for monthly maintenance?

No I’ve never heard of that. Who carries it? I’ll definitely do that! Hate when it happens to them. Is there another antibiotic treatment?

Some lady at a pet store sold me fish antibiotics for the water. Claimed she used them on her chickens?
