Hi everyone! Sorry if I make spelling mistakes, I went to the eye doctor and they put stuff in my eyes, now my vision is blurry.
I just put my chickens in there coops. It's cloudy and raining here in CA. We so need rain on the Central Coast. My vision is blurry up close, it's really annoying. Luckily my eyes are healthy

It's definitely better. At least I don't have to go outside to a completely empty barn every morning. :)

Thanks.. :hugs I'm doing okay. I haven't cried at all today, so that's good. Usually when I re-home animals I cry an ocean... :/ It helped to be able to bring them to their home and set them in their new area myself. I sure do miss my rooster though.... :(

I let my remaining 8 girls outside for about 15 minutes before bed, but they were too scared to enjoy it. They are terrified that the hawks are going to come back, and now it's strange only having such few chickens. They'll be okay though.

I was only going to keep 7 hens (not counting my house chicken) but one of my girls is molting, and the other chickens were pulling out a whole bunch of her brand new feathers when we put them into their moving crate. So I pulled her out and put her in the coop. She probably would have loved to go with the other chickens, but she would have been bare and bloody by the time we got there. :/
