Mt Hope, Ohio Swap This Weekend

Have any of you been to Mt. Hope before? Is it worth the trip? Are there any show/breeding birds there or is it mostly....how shall I say?....not breeder/show quality birds. This is a large exotic auction as well isn't it? Does any one know how long it would take to get there from Dayton? Thanks in advance!

Its a little of everything. There is flea market and Dog breeders, Plant sales, Poultry supplies,Tools, Chickens,Ducks, geese.Ponies, Sheep.I have bought rolls of wire there.Produce, you name it.

The schedule says it starts at 7am....do you know if it's good to go early or later?

Well, I started the day out in the hole almost as soon as we got here - because someone was selling blue and white muscovy ducklings and I bought 3 of them!!

We did already have some sales, so I did make back what I spent - but that's not the idea of the day

I sold 3 Scovey ducklings, it happened so fast poor woman I was talking too lost out.They were scooped up right under her nose.LOL
