Sorry, I'm not sure what that is. Most likely some kind of a respiratory infection. It would be best to separate her in a warm place, make sure she's eating and drinking. Clear away any mucus that causes her to have trouble breathing.

I have a 9 week old cockerel doing the same. He seemed fine yesterday. But today he is listless and when I went to pick him up he gave an alarm call and mucus came out of his mouth. Sorry to post on your thread but the problem looked the same.
I've separated my girl from the rest of the flock and made sure she's warm. I also went and got some pedialite . Plus I'm feeding her some meal worms. I hope this works, if not it's off to Southern States to get some medicine.
