I would like to say thank you for the advice in this section.

My run had become a mud pit n it wasn't pleasant for the babies n flaming dangerous for those walking in it, so I bought sand . . sand with grit in it and put it all round. I need to get more but it made a difference straight away.

The sand is over 90% of the run and there are areas of straw where i am going to hide treats like meal worms, bits of mud that is dryer for them to dig through and we have put in treated wooden planks in the areas where we walk on a regular basis to stop the mud pit happening again.

just doing these few changes has made a difference ready in their behaviour and they sunbathed today n I will add pictures shortly and were scraping around.

So thank you everyone :)
