Muddy’s homestead expansion journey!

Not yet…..I brought home the 3 abandoned eggs (2 duck and 1 pheasant) and added them to the incubator. It looks like 1 duck was a quitter but I need to replace batteries in the incubrite before I trash it.

We’re probably going to move remaining ducks and the ducklings sometime next week now that they hatched.

Butter accidentally flew over the front fence this afternoon…..luckily the others coaxed her back in. And the rabbits found the gap in the fence at the culvert last night…..we managed to wrangle them back in the pasture too.

Finally got the guy rescheduled to castrate Boris tomorrow morning…..my vet wouldn’t do it because of his age/size he has made Skipper the object of his “affection” the last couple days have been horribly traumatizing for everyone and skipper needs a bath!!!

I found Zeb a wife…..the last one fell through Her name is Minnie and we’re supposed to pick her up on Sunday

Only critters besides birds left to acquire then are Mr muddy’s meat goats (he wants kalahari reds) and a wife for skipper.

My ducks are free-range ducks now.....the piggies went right through the cheap wire on my acclimation run and Natasha was in my little duck pool
