It has passed and we literaly had a sprinkle.

Sounds like all we’ve had for last couple months barely even enough to get the ground wet

My closest neighbor on this side of the road but they are a few stone throws away.
The back part of his building took out the power line to his house and out on the poles. It was temporarily repaired when I took the pic but look at the line of poles. There's about 4 on both sides that's leaning. Must of been some weight and power behind it when it hit the lines.

We had an interesting afternoon.....as I was finishing up my paperwork and preparing to see my final patient, our entry gate camera notification went off. Rascal found a weak spot in the perimeter fence and was panicking to get back in the pasture
We immediately started shutting stuff down, rescheduled my last appointment and rushed home as fast as possible! Luckily between skipper, and us talking to him on camera, he stayed close to the fence line until we were able to get here and put him back in
He's a little stressed from his adventure as are we but the likely escape route has been repaired and now for feeding time!

We started first round/attempt at corn fodder tonight…..new bag of barley seed should arrive early next week

Piggies are thriving outside…..and really getting hair now! I need to do updated pictures soon!

I’m getting sleepy…..haven’t been sleeping well for a couple weeks now and getting up at 4-5am

Finally got some good rain! A couple inches in the pond and a bit of mud in a few spots too

Had to run a few errands this morning
Revised the fodder system and did a bit of shop reorganization
Gave the critters some yard/free range time and Skipper was playing “dust mop” in the shop (couldn’t get the camera in time to get video )
Did an entry gate repair and sold the original chain link gate
Placed some of the remaining riprap on the pond
Cooking dinner and preparing for a little rest for work and club muddy party tomorrow
