They do look more like CornishX than BB turkeys.

They’re each in their own brine bucket now!!!! The one to be smoked is in Jim Beam brine. The other will be deep fried. Still Have to process the other 2 to give one to MIL and other for our freezer. They may come in a little bit larger and I will try to get a better photo

I the bucket liners that we found on Amazon!!!! Saves me a ton of time trying to sterilize my brine buckets!

I use 1 1/2 bushel plastic tubs. I also never sterilize them since the salt does it for me.
