Hey I am hatching chicks right now they are at day 21 almost 22 days. 1 has hatched 2 more have pipped, we are down from 15 eggs to 7 eggs that when candled looked good to only 3 that have pipped/hatched. How long after the first chick pipped should the rest pip? How long after first hatchling should we take the hatched ones out? Should we take some out if the rest take too long to hatch? Should we help any thag pip but dont seem to progress after 18 hrs or so? Also if I can figure out pictures is this a foot problem or will it straighten as it moves around?

You can take the chicks out when they fluff up. Usually when the chicks can move around in the brooder their feet straighten out.
When I open the incubator at hatch time I always add a little more water.
One chick usually hatches first, the next day most of the eggs hatch, the third day a couple stragglers. Then the hatch is usually done. :hmm

Can I take this chickie out when it fluffs up even when the other eggs are hatching or should I wait 2-3 days till the ones that survive have hatched?

If you wait 2 or 3 days the chick will die. It needs water and soon it will want to start nibbling on some feed.

When do I take him out then? Everything I read says leave it shut while they hatch or it could shrink wrap the ones hatching.

When it fluffs up and is dry.
I don't mean to come off rude but you asked the question and I'm giving you an answer.
I've hatched over a thousand+ eggs. I haven't however ever used an incubator like yours and I'm not aware of how fast the temperature and humidity will return to normal after you open it.

Not rude I am looking for advice since its my first time hatching. The humidity didnt seem very affected when we opened it before lockdown time so with what you said it seems like taking the chick out when fluffy would be ok. Thank you for replying.
