Multiple Punctre Wounds from Neighbor's Dog... Please Give Suggestions

Most of the gaping wounds will granulate and fill in on their own as the wound heals. Dirty wounds tend to heal better from the inside out. Closing them with stitches can close up bacteria in the wound which may lead to abscess. I would not use neosporin with pain relief, just the plain kind.

Eating and drinking are good signs. It is still early in her recovery. I would just encourage her to eat and drink, and let her rest. A visit from a friendly chicken, or going to visit them in her dog crate would be good for her mood when she is feeling up to it.

If you let her interact with other chickens you need to keep close eye on them.They will pick at her wounds.

Yep. Raw honey can be good for lots of things. I used sugar on my hen because I didn’t want honey dripping off her.
That was my concern. Honey is sticky. Keep that in mind. You can VCO her feathers to try and keep them from being a mess. But you may end up with a honey coated hen.

Yes that is a common thing to use on wounds. Many of the brands have been tested and found to be just regular honey though. I think you will find many threads where people use it on chickens. Some also chose local organic honey to use on wounds. Here is an article on fake manuka honey:

So I double checked with a beekeeper I know. Honey from the continental US and Europe cannot be organic. With the odds of getting fake Manuka honey your best bet is to get local raw honey. The darker it is the better for wounds.

Is her regular layer feed okay to be feeding her right now? Or is there something better for her diet. I've been putting some water in with it to make it a mash.

She probably won’t lay eggs for a little bit. She doesn’t really need the calcium but I don’t think it will hurt her to have it. Hopefully she recovers fairly quick. I wouldn’t give her extra calcium right now but I think layer feed should be fine.
You may get other differing opinions.
