Multiple Punctre Wounds from Neighbor's Dog... Please Give Suggestions

She looks good from that picture! Don’t be surprised if that section on her neck comes off and has to rescab.
Her feathers will come back. It may take a while. If they are broken off and not plucked they won’t come back till she molts. Pulled feathers will usually come back quicker as her body realizes their missing.
She has other things to worry about right now though. :D:D A saddle could be helpful to protect her skin from the suns rays until she feathers out again.

Just keep in mind...dont leave her unsupervised around her flock until she's feathered. Especially if she also has a lot of blood feathers. She may get pecked..and a ton of new blood feathers sticking out all over may leave her to vulnerable to being pecked by the others. She should regrow the feathers back.

Sniffles is doing great! Healing a little more everyday.
There is one thing I could use some help with, her poop hasn't really regulated. I know she could be still a little stressed with me cleaning her wounds 3x daily, but her poop is still watery and white. Should I be worried?
She is drinking plenty of water with added probiotics and electrolytes/vitamins, she is not eating her chicken food as much as I want her too but she has been eating the scrambled eggs and meal worms I've been offering no problem.
Should I lessen the treats a bit to see if she eats her feed?

*** UPDATE***
Sniffles appearance has dramatically changed, you can tell by the photos that her feathers are starting to come back and her wounds have almost all scabbed over.
I have been taking her outside every day anshe has been cautiously digging for worms in the garden with her 2 sisters. They are all getting along under supervision. I haven't had her outside by herself yet because I just don't feel she is up to it.

She was jumping around from my raised garden beds quite a bit Wednesday and then yesterday morning I woke to her limping on her right leg, I think she may have overdid it outside.
I have some concerns, her personality was spunky/energetic and she was extremely chatty up until yesterday morning. She has become listless and has been sleeping everytime I check on her it seems like, she is also puffing up like she is cold/not feeling well. She is still limping on her right leg today and she still wont eat anything but scrambled egg. I tried going 15 hours without giving her treats to see if she would eat her layer feed and she hasn't touched it. Her poop is still watery and white, has a little bit of solid things but mostly water.
I'm too scared to go any longer without her eating anything, feel like scrambled egg is better than nothing. She is drinking A LOT of water, so I hope thats a good sign...

I'm just not sure where to go from here. She has come so far until these past 2 days, maybe I'm being a worry wart but I just thought I'd get some opinions.
Could she just be sore from playing in the garden and that's why she is acting this way?? We were out for about an hour. The photo of her sleeping is what shes been doing mostly the past 2 days.

Does her crop seem puffy or large, and does it empty by the next morning? Has she stopped laying eggs? Do you have any Corid to treat for possible coccidiosis? It is hard to know exactly what the problem is at this time. Crop problems, such as sour crop, could cause a fungal infection. Possible coccidiosis could cause sleepiness, no appetite, and runny poops. I would mix some feed plus a little yogurt and egg, and a lot of water to make a thin mash to feed her.

Her crop seems normal, not puffy at all. She is not laying eggs, but I think that is due to her injuries. I do have corid, she actually had coccidiosis as a chick and her symptoms don't seem to be the same. No bloody stool, just watery and white. Also, how would she have gotten coccidiosis? Shes been inside my bathroom since she was attacked by the dog 2 weeks ago, just curious how they get that?
I will try the mash. Her water has probiotics and vitamins in it as well.

Her wounds look great! So glad she is doing better. If she’s drinking lots of water it can make her poop watery. She may have over done it in the garden so I would do what eggcessive suggested and keep an eye on her.
Could she possibly be sleeping a lot and lethargic due to all of her feathers regrowing?
I made the mash and she has no interest in it. Still puffing her feathers up and tucking her neck in. Would it hurt to give her some corid?
