Multiple Punctre Wounds from Neighbor's Dog... Please Give Suggestions

She could be over exerted from feather growth. I had 2 fist year molters this year who you could see didn't feel well. They just looked miserabe. Extra protein is always recommended. I also give mine shrimp tails. That gross red crusty part you throw away....they love it.

Did they have an appetite?

She looks like she is healing well. I would consider the possibility that she has an infection, however. Did you check that she doesn't have wounds elsewhere besides the ones on her back?
Yeah, I've checked her all over. I haven't seen any other wounds. Would you recommend antibiotics? I checked her temp this afternoon and it was 104.5 I'm really starting to worry, her appetite has really declined this afternoon. I can't even get her to est scrambled eggs.
And everytime I've checked on her she is hasn't been very responsive and she is fluffing up the feathers she has, head tucked down. How long should I wait until I do something? She has been completely different these past 3 days. This afternoon being the first she hasn't excepted food.

I believe that is a normal temperature for a chicken. You may have to tube feed her to sustain her. @casportpony is the authority on that, and may be able to help with antibiotics, as well. I would not treat with antibiotics if I did not know there was an infection, but that might be a good thing to try at this point since she is rapidly declining after she seemed to be improving. I don't recall if you are providing a heat source? I am so sorry she is suddenly doing worse.

Thanks, it's horrible to think she has come this far to give up. It's hard to handle. I have a heater in the bathroom with her yes. And would you recommend calling the vet for antibiotics? Or tractor supply?

I don't know that a vet would prescribe antibiotics without examining her. Do you have access to an avian vet? Also, what temperature is the bathroom? Can she get away from the heat if she needs to?
I am not an expert on antibiotics. I would have to look it up. If she were mine, I would try anything to save her, including researching what antibiotics to administer.
Do you have poultry vitamins? She would probably benefit from that. A little straight nutridrench can help in times of crisis. I imagine Tractor Supply is closed now? Do you have molasses on hand? I think nutridrench has molasses in it. Do you have any pedialyte or infant vitamins on hand?
One thing I did when I was desperate to help a severely sick chicken was went out into the yard with a shovel and dug up some earthworms to spark her appetite. I also provided live mealworms, but assume you don't have any on hand. Is she drinking?
It is also possible that it is her time to go. I'm so sorry. I feel a little frantic trying to help you and wish others would jump in with antibiotic or homemade electrolyte advise. I hope she just needs a good night's rest. Please keep us posted.

Her water has electrolytes and vitamins I've added as a powder. The heater turns on and off on a regular basis. It doesn't sit directly on her. I don't have live mealworms, just the dried dead ones. She has been drinking a lot, thankfully. She has at least eaten something today. I will look into what tractor supply has that I can get her tomorrow. Thanks for your concern.
