Multiple Punctre Wounds from Neighbor's Dog... Please Give Suggestions

Then the only drug options are what's at the feed store, which will be injectable penicillin and maybe injectable oxytetracycline, though some feed stores might have fish amoxicillin.

She made it through the night, but has continued to get worse. I am heading to tractor supply as soon as they open at 9am for the injectable penicillin. I just now got her to drink a lot of water, still not eating and now she is only laying down, has a hard time getting off the floor of the box.
Everything I am reading is Penicillin g with a 23 gauge needle 1/4 cc a day for about 6 or 7 days.
Anyone have personal experience with this?

I have been taking her outside every day anshe has been cautiously digging for worms in the garden with her 2 sisters.
She has become listless and has been sleeping everytime I check on her it seems like, she is also puffing up like she is cold/not feeling well.
Her poop is still watery and white, has a little bit of solid things but mostly water.
I do have corid, she actually had coccidiosis as a chick and her symptoms don't seem to be the same. No bloody stool, just watery and white.
I checked her temp this afternoon and it was 104.5 I'm really starting to worry,

Does her crop seem puffy or large, and does it empty by the next morning? Has she stopped laying eggs? Do you have any Corid to treat for possible coccidiosis? It is hard to know exactly what the problem is at this time. Crop problems, such as sour crop, could cause a fungal infection. Possible coccidiosis could cause sleepiness, no appetite, and runny poops. I would mix some feed plus a little yogurt and egg, and a lot of water to make a thin mash to feed her.

I do agree with @Eggcessive I would treat her for Coccidiosis. Coccidiosis does not always present with bloody stool - that is just one of the symptoms of a couple of strains that a bird may encounter. There are 9strains. A weakened bird can succumb to an overload easily.

Chickens have a high body temperature, so that 104.5° is in the "normal" range. It can vary with weather conditions, etc., but the range is 105°-107°.

If she were mine I would get her on Corid - dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days as the only source of water. Eliminate the electrolytes and vitamins until you finish the course of treatment.

I would also get her on antibiotics. See what your TSC has, usually they have Penicillin. I would look for Procaine Penicillin G. Use a 20guage needle, dosage is 1/4ml given into the breast muscle 1/4" deep for 4days in a row. Alternate sides daily.

I realize she is being picky with food, the egg is fine, but you may want to get a small bag of chick starter to see if she will eat that, if she won't, you can always give it to your flock, I've found my hens love chick feed.

That article is about treating with injectable penicillin.

eta: the give injection section is above “treating with penicillin”
This is perfect I have some notes written down from this page. Think I'm pretty prepared.
I did get her to eat some scrambled egg just now, she has drank on her own. Still wont stand though. I am hoping antibiotics is the answer. Called an emergency vet last night and they said they think she has an infection and they would be her on antibiotics and fluid iv for $500 and its 2.5 hours away. So hoping I can get the job done on my own.
