Multiple Roosters

If I were to change my mind at a later date, the approach with the second rooster is to provide him with a second roosting site / pen. He would be kept in it for the duration of a quarantine then released under supervision because their will be at least a brief scrap. Ideally smaller new bird will concede quickly with minimal damage to either combatant. Thereafter overtime the dominant rooster will loose interest chasing the smaller rooster so much allowing the bantam to become a satellite male. He will usually be at periphery of flock but will still get some lady time, possibly on a regular basis. Owing to your high female to male ratio you should not be surprised if a female or two decides to form a harem with the new rooster and even moves to his roost site at night. What makes high probability of success is the large size difference.
