It really is not needed to mist them along the way-don't feel bad about it, just something I learned to do through trial and error and I really only do it during actual hatch time. I mist before bed,when I wake up and then whenever I think they need it through out the day. Sometimes I think it is more for our comfort then there's really. They will be fine but you won't be unless you get some rest!
