Murray McMurray High Hatch Incubator

Anyone have experience with the Murray McMurray High Hatch Incubator? Someone is offering to sell me one at a very reasonable price, but I know nothing about them to know if they're very good incubators.

Why are they selling it?

He says he just doesn't want to hatch much any more. Says it works fine, gets about 80% hatch.
