2 Week Old Chick Losing Control

The room fluctuates between high 60s to high 70s. I have been adjusting the lamps up and down accordingly. The birds all do still like to hang out under the heat lights...

The room fluctuates between high 60s to high 70s. I have been adjusting the lamps up and down accordingly. The birds all do still like to hang out under the heat lights...

But they need a clear choice.

I just went and adjusted the lamps and checked on them. He is supporting his left side on the box wall, and moved around using that.
When sitting, he was turning his head backwards over his body looking around. But when he was doing the head kept rolling back towards his front, so he was "twitching" it back to look over his shoulder.

Doing some more research, do you think this could be wry neck?
