I ordered 25 chicks from murray mcmurray, and they send 1 free rare assorted chick
I know chickens pretty well but I cannot even fathom what this little one is. Excuse the mess of the brooder

Also, he has fluff plumb down to his toes. Note, I'm saying he because I think it's a he, but I could be wrong. Bluish gray colored fluff

Looks like a possible Splash Cochin to me, too. Extra chicks do tend to be roosters.

If it is I hope it's a girl but I bet it's a he. I ordered 2 blrw, and they sent me 3. Looks like I have a splash, a blue, and a black. Probably all roosters too... but at least I got some!

So update, IT'S A GIRL and it wasn't the packing peanut. I mustve been crazy confused, it is a splash cochin female. My surprise chick is.... I think a gold laced something
