Depending on what state you're in, you may be able to capture feral ones, but they won't be friendly to you at first. Many states have overpopulation problems and if you talk to the FWS or local park rangers, they may let you catch some.

Texas is not letting any more muscovies into the state. Be careful. If you live in Texas and you have muscovies, they can only be kept to eat.

why is that Dubsy? I don't know whole lot about the breed so.....

They can fly well and have a bad habit of breeding like rabbits and taking over habitats that they aren't native to and run out native ducks.

Hoffman hatchery is the only hatchery I know of that still sells muscovies

I got mine from JM Hatchery in PA. They're extremely hardy birds! But if you're into doing some hatching there are a few egg threads where you can swap yours for someone elses muscovy:
