Muscovies in US - REGULATION CHANGES OPEN FOR COMMENTS - 10/1 update

One question... for the peeps raising meat birds... well, don't you have to breed them eventually? Otherwise you'd run out right? So, how in the world to they plan to prove that someone's ducks are NOT for meat? All you'd have to do is keep one frozen in your freezer right?

I feel like the frog and dino in Meet The Robinsons... "I'm just not sure how well this plan was thought through" but then... politicians are often freakishly similar to old Goob...

No, our Constitution is SUPPOSED to protect us. I don't think it's much more than a piece of paper much anymore.

Oh ho!! So this law is supposed to protect the environment of migratory birds who inhabit these other countries during part of the year. It is through this supposed good intention that our sovereignity becomes lost to international law. Treaties with other countries supercede our own law. Oh man!!
