Muscovies out past curfew, and other curious behaviors...

Oh, good - ya know, I tell people about all this and they don't believe it - I'm SO glad to see its NOT just me!!! What a great pic!

And FWIW, I went out to lock up this evening just before sundown, with a pair of brooms in hand, and was all set to do some serious muscovy herding - and when I got outside, there was NOT A MUSCOVY IN SIGHT!!! Opened the coop door, and found all four inside, fast asleep! LOL! Their ears must have been burning this morning.

Treats and bribes is the key lol .... I got mine into a routine, I use a 'special bowl for treats only' meal worms sweetcorn etc.. when ever the ducks see that bowl, they race over to me... so if the want want their treats, they must get in thier bed to find them lol ... dried meal worms scattered on their dry staw bed = fun bed time lol
