muscovy and call ducks

so now I am a happy owner of 2 call ducks and 2 muscovy ducks. The question I have is will it be a problem to keep them together?? Meaning in the same yard? The calls house in the coop with the chickens right now and the muscovies are just 2 days old so not sure about their setup yet. I know there will be a big size diference and wonder if that will be a problem? Also is there anyway they will try mating with each other?? I guess time will tell and once my muscovies get some feathers and can go outside they will be introduced to everyone and hopefullyit all will be a happy sunshine moment!!!!


so everyone with different breed ducks do you let them all roam together and do they all get along for the most part??

I think you would have a problem, just because of the sheer size difference. My mallard duck had 'female problems' because of my silver appleyard drake constantly mating her... Very, very bad.

I had to sell her to a guy who's had birds for well over 40 years to help her out. He wanted mallards, so he was happy. Poor girl, she had a blow out! Gross.
