Muscovy clutches not hatching

Have you tried boosting protien content of feed? i had to for my five year old rat to be able to do his thing proper now.

I have a Scovy drake that will be 10yrs this coming spring and can hardly walk but I put out a small pool for them and back late summer I actually saw him mate with one of his girls, now whether he is fertile is debatable and probably not but he is still enjoying life. They make me smile and laugh.

I do think it dulls back, i have watched my breeder drake step back from his nonsense as he has matured and he is under 3yo, he still breeds... we got ducklings this past year but he has mellowed, which is fine, he has several of his son's here and they take more than enough of the um, drive thank you very much.
