Muscovy color question

What do you get if you cross a chocolate pied drake over black/white pied hens? I'm not familiar with duck genetics.

Okay, I might have found the answer to my question. Chocolate drake over black hens would result in:

Black duckling = chocolate carrying male
Chocolate duckling = female

Is that right?

From what I have read and what hatched from my pair last year, yes, this is correct.

cocholate ducklets, and black draklets.

chocolate hen+black drake= black ducklngs of both sexes.
