That's a really small and on the wrong side. How many hours has it been like that? Keep an eye on it and hopefully he hatches soon.

I only noticed it about 2hrs ago. It's hard to check because 2 hens are on it lol. Anything I should do?

Not yet. He's malpostioned so it may take him a little longer but most can hatch on their own. It can take 48 hours to go from pip to zip. Good luck and keep me posted!

Thank you. This is our first nest. Mommas are shifting the eggs pretty often it seems. Hopefully that's good.
