I have a 3 week old Muscovy duckling that I had to bring into the house because it had a broken foot.

I brought her in when she was only a few days old.

She has done very well up to the last few days. she started sneezing. but, this morning is the first i noticed that she has a runny nose.
Any advice?
I am going to search through previous threads but any new advice is totally welcome!!

Try putting some Apple Cider Vinegar in her water. It can kill certain bacteria. make sure she can dunk her head in it. Give it a few days unless you notice her going down hill them you will probably want to start some oral antibiotics or take her to a vet if that is an option But ACV with Mother Braggs is a good one, 1 Tab to 1 gal of water.
Hope it is nothing more than dust causing the problem can she clean her nares out real good while eating?

yeah but keep in mind, giving ACV to them over a period of time can cause crop infections
I give my ducks ACV a couple times a week in their water they have never had nay problems and I didn't mean she was to keep the little one on the ACV over time, just to see if it would clear up what's going on now.Much better than giving antibiotics right off.

i had a serious sit down with my vet and asked her everything about what i was feeding them and giving them supplements and she said the Braggs Acv was the cause of a lot of my problems, but yes i agree if limited its a great thing to use.
