what kind of flowers do yall think would look good in it ?

Hmmm, definitely need some spiller types to cascade over the sides. And a thriller one for the top. Are you thinking winter annuals for plants or something else? LoL how big is that anyway?

Begonias (not technically a perennial but usually lives longer than annuals) would look nice, a nice mounding habit and good bloomers.
Oxalis (bulbs) would have a similar mounding shape but the blooms aren't prolific.
Coleus would also be good, no flowers but they come in a huge variety of sizes, habits, and colors. (Rosy Dawn Gardens online has the biggest selection of coleus I've run across).

What kind of perennials grow well for y'all? You may have plants I don't consider because they don't survive our summers.

Oh coral bells would be nice! Possibly dianthus also, they stay fairly compact.
