Muscovy duckling problems

My muscovy duck has been sitting on eggs for around 32 days now and i can hear the ducklings scratching on the inside of the egg but its been almost 2 days and one of the ducklings still has piped every through even though shes scratch and trying to. Should i be concerned? Also how do i stop mumma duck from squishing her babies? I came out this morning and the first duckling was dead and flattened like a pancake

There is an article on here for when and how to help chicks hatch. If she is killing the babies id take them away and hatch them in a brooder. Its a pain to brood ducks in my opinion but I'm sure you also don't want to loose them. Id see how she is with the next duckling before you take them though.
