So they're 7 weeks old and l am arguing over Male and females with my husband. Any information would be great.

Very nice looking! Are any of them a lot bigger than the others?

If they are all from the same brood, the bigger heads and thicker legs are male.
I can't really tell by the photos.

Yeah all 16 from one hatch. I have four that seen to have huge feet and big heads. I'll try to get better pictures. They're so big already it's amazing how fast they grow.

The second one down I believe is a male based on the lack of wing feathers coming in. Use this one as your guide, generally females get their wing feathers sooner.

I've looked at the website you recommended. The boys will be Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner and the girls get to lay eggs.
