Muscovy ducks dying

I am looking for help. I’ve lost 2 Muscovy ducks in a week. Their feet turn black and they have difficulty walking. I thought it was bumble foot, but there are not any sores. It seems to be spreading to the flock. I am looking for home remedies or over the counter solutions. Thanks!
