Muscovy ducks in Pa.

Looking for someone that will take some Muscovy ducks. I have a neighbor that has around 30 of them. I had thought they were there's but found out someone must have dropped them off or close by. So, he mentioned if someone wants them, he is willing to get rid of them. Not sure how long they have had them, because I never had a problem with them. The problem just started this year. They started crossing the street and coming into my yard and are making a mess. They walk or fly across the street and are getting hit with cars. I hate to see this happening. Now they are going into some of the other neighbor's yards, and this isn't going to go well. I had to stop feeding the birds in my back yard because the ducks found the seed. It's an everyday thing now, and even more than twice a day they are coming in my yard. Are there places that will take them or people that will take them. I'm not looking for someone that will kill them. They are not my ducks but just trying to help out finding a home for them. They are really pretty ducks, very unusual. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you
