Muscovy help! 2 mystery deaths and one now acting lame (on land)

While carriers for P.multicida have not been demonstrated, my experience with a couple of large die-offs of wild birds has led me to believe in carriers and the role of immunosuppression resulting in mortality. That being said, I am not convinced you are having cholera....it is very obvious upon necropsy, so I am not sure how it would not have been identified in the rabbits

Clint what about Aspergillosis pneumonia?

ML, while aspergillosus spores may remain dormant, I doubt it's aspergillosis....I doubt the cold is enough stress to cause immunosuppression.

Probably not but I was thinking about bedding and ventilation and wondered since she said the duck is having breathing issues if this could be a possibility?

Aspergillosis
This condition occurs when ducks inhale spores produced by the mold (fungi) Aspergillus (Aspergillus fumigatus is the common species) that grows on damp straw or feed. These inhaled spores cause multiple nodules or plaques in the lungs and air sacs. Common signs include gasping, listlessness and dehydration. This disease is not to be confused with aflatoxin poisoning described below. The best solution to prevent aspergillosis is to avoid using moldy straw and preventing feed from getting wet.

Did you put any ACV in her drinking water? and head tilt wonder if she may have an ear infection. might want to look at her ear canal for any drainage or anything suspicious inside or around the ear.
