I ruled out mites unless they have burrowing mites like mange that i can't see

Is she in with a drake(s)? if so, could they be wearing her feathers down?

oh most definelty we have the biggest pond, and we fill up a pool or two for them as well not to mention how many ditches they have when it rains.

Buck that really does look like wear and tear from drakes, are your ducks still mating? have they begun to molt? mine have stopped mating and finally finished molt, I'd get some poultry dust and dust her real good. you can put it into a large bag put her down into it with head out and shake the bag slowly to distribute the dust all over her, this is how I've done chickens. or get some front line plus spray and spray her on the neck under each wing and around vent, being sure to cover vent. But if your birds have access to a large pond I'd be real surprised if she had mites. Have you sprayed her with Veterycin on these areas? Also dust the bedding she sleeps on. You could take her to the vet let him do a scraping look under the microscope he can tell you what's going on.
