so we were going to make brownies just now with our duck egg I just posted. When we cracked it open the yolk fell out whole and all the whites stayed inside the egg. They were like thick jelly whites. Has anyone experienced this and does anyone know what causes it?

Yes they won't be happy until they see them I haven't got eggs yet I have to talk to the lady again which is surprisingly difficult LOL.
