That is funny.  A girl's got a right to choose.  The twins are adorable.  Ducky is stunning.  He looks very regal.

I know and I've seen it in the wild many times with ducks. But I do have a question about that very thing. With all the ducks people have are there pairs that do match up and if so does the female who's already in a relationship with one drake still get chased down by the singles? Or do they somehow know that she's in a relationship and leave her alone? I am not trying to be funny here, honestly curious.

"The Twins" - now about 5 months old

"Ducky" - a handsome old gentleman that was given to us this fall when his owners could no longer keep him

Can't recall seeing that but with duck eggs there is dif more yolk than white. and the whites are thicker than chicken egg whites.

if u had them in the refrigerator that cud be the cause. Eggs should smell like eggs anything else and its gone bad. Also if any discolouration do not use. Duck eggs are thicker than chicken eggs.

Does anyone know what this if in my hens left eye just noticed it & unfortunately she won't let me too close.

Right eye is good

both eyes were perfect on Sunday.

It's tough to tell from a distance, but it looks like an infection of the lacrimal gland or a conjunctivitis. I would catch her and get a better look at it.
