Muscovy keepers share your pics!

They are sooo pretty,A2Q!

My girl after her bath, before bedtime.

She insisted on doing one of those awful "Myspace" poses...there's no arguing with a muscovy...

I have a question about Muscovy ducks... It may say somewhere here, but I can't read over a thousand entries.

Are Muscovy ducks good layers? We are looking to get some ducks and wondering which ones are best. I have read that Muscovies are good at eating mosquitos so that is a plus, but it would be great if they were good layers also. Thanks so much.

Mine are good layers but they don't lay year round like others do, but they will eat their weight in bugs and have a wonderful personality.. as you can tell by the video and pic right above you by Scovy Mama and Daisy... so cute

Yesterday was the first day all the ducklings made it outside. It was so new and different, not to mention warm, they just huddled together with mom. Today they barreled outside and ran around flapping their winglets like crazy birds! They're a month old.

I could have sworn there was a way to link to photobucket and actually show the photo, but I guess not.

I am the same way my scovy girl finally decided to get serious so she now has 7-8 need to go look when she get off, I took the ones out from under my bantam chicken and gave them to her and gave my chicken some chicken eggs aso she wouldn't have to wait so long for babies.. They are addicting aren't they.
