Yep they are predators too just like the big ones. And since the ducklings are only being picked off one by one I'd say it's something like the owl instead of a raccoon. Great you got them inside and safe.

So today I just got 5 eggs out of my "Broody" Aviary. I call it that because It's where I put my Muscovy's who aren't laying eggs from either just hatching ducklings, way setting on eggs and taken from them, and or not laying yet.
I'm surprised I got 5 eggs. Most of the ducks in this Aviary are mostly "just hatched mamas".
There is only 1 who has never hatched ducklings because she just started to lay eggs ( 7-8 months old).
I'm just so happy! Time for more Broodies!

So I have this Cheap Little Giant Still-Air Incubator I want to use to hatch some Muscovy eggs myself. I normally let my girls hatch them, but I wanted to try hatching some my self with this incubator because I've never used it. Does anyone know of egg turners that will fit Muscovy eggs? The original egg turner for my incubator doesn't fit my Muscovy's eggs.
