Muscovy keepers share your pics!

I'm trying to slowly phase out ducks but my super broodies let wanting to hatch them lol. I love the ones I have now but don't necessarily want more. My super Mama hen has 8 muscovy eggs that are probably about 2 weeks in and my muscovy duck, Ebony, has 10 eggs so far. She's on the nest all day but isn't really incubating them yet. They're just pushed out around her. Is that normal? I know she knows what to do. She hatched out 8 babies around the very beginning of April (she wasn't happy I sold them all).

Maybe she's not quite ready to start brooding them yet? If she knows she has more eggs to lay, she makes sure the others don't get so warm that they start developing? Just thinking out loud. She's eager to start brooding, but know she can't start yet so she's just playing broody-momma while she's waiting. Haha!

Ebony with a couple of the babies. They were actually hatched by my SPR hen in the next nest box over. Ebony abandoned her own eggs to try to steal the ducklings from Ana. They ended up co-parenting them for two days before someone bought all of the babies. I rescued Ebony's abandoned eggs and through them in the incubator. They're due soon....just not sure exactly when.
