Just looking at the video it looked like your white Scovies had slender legs like ducks do.I always thought both genders of muscovies had the mohawk. One of the members thinks my white duck is an female. I wish I knew someone close to me did vent sexing to find out 100% of the gender of them. I heard stories of thought their muscovy was an female and it came out to be male and that they are hard to sex by looking at them.

Mine do the same thing, they just aren't show offs like the boys are.Not always! I'll try to take pics of my girl scovy. She, first, got a mohawk and will always show it when something catches her attention.And she is definitely a girl.![]()
I'm sorry you lost her she sure was a cutie. my youngest duck 5 months old now is starting to get one, i can see a few feathers beginning to poke up on top of her head.It's true the female I have now you would never know she had one I have never seen it and she is five years old,but her daughter I forgot defiantly did have one and showed itshe passed away one year after she hatched
