Muscovy keepers share your pics!

Just went out today, got me some pictures and want to share!

There you go, my ducks. Can't wait to see the little ducklings they will hatch out! Come April I am getting Khaki Campbell duckling as well, and these girls and guy will have next buddies.
I caught those blue eyes too! Very cool and what a beautiful bunch. Mine are just backyard bred, nothing fancy, but I love them just the same!

If anyone has has any tips or tricks for getting the existing flock to accept newbies, I would love to hear them. While Twist loves the new flock and wants to hang with them they don't really want her, they allow her grudingly. I know this is probably a matter of time and just going to b epecking order but any tips or tricks gladly entertained. Thanks, Carol

They're all so beautiful. Love all the pics

@Frank your little ones look great. They are getting so big!

Mine are 7 weeks old today. I still can't tell if they're male of female because they all still look the same size to me. Need to get some pics!

@ Adorkable : Oh thank you^^ Today was the last day I fed them starter pellets. Their bellies and chests are almost completely covered in feathers now and at a age of five weeks and three days they are old enough to live on chicken feed and greens. I am a little startled because I read and I think to recollect that scovie drakes take longer for developing their plumage than ducks, but mine are all about the same stage of feathering, the largest one actually a little ahead of the others. Pictures will follow.
I'd like to see some more pics from yours, they look very pretty

Again some of mine:

Snow in March, a rare occasion where I live. But the ducklings ( now better adressed as young ducks, I guess) don't bother as long as they have a spot free from snow.

My largest duckling has now a shape quite uncommon for a muscovy, I have never seen one walking that upright and having its tail pointing down to the ground. It is also getting these brown and black feathers that look like they would belong to a mallard.

The black and white duck I called Flanders is also showing the "mallard feathers" but does not have such an odd posture like its larger sibling...

Fuzzball is still behind but finally developing its plumage and not shaped like a ball any longer.

I am more and more inclined to believe that I am raising a flock of hinnies and not muscovies, but I am still not sure about it.
