If you very carefully remove the membrane you can help it out. I have to do it occasionally for quail eggs. Just keep the membrane moist, not wet, just moist so it doesn't stick.

Get it wet and take a picture of it moistened.What about veins?

If it absorbed it's yolk, it's not premature.Ok so I went ahead and hatched the baby, it's very premature, I think you were right miss Lydia about the it wing stepped on, I think it was the mom , the cord was still there but not attached but it did bleed when I hatched it , but it's healthy but really tired, this baby is a fighter and I think it will live and the bleeding has mainly stopped so it's good.
