Muscovy keepers share your pics!

I went out today and she was sitting on 2 out of the 5 the other 3 were suiting around the outside of her is this a problem, will she sit on them all when she is ready to sit after she has layed more eggs?
Is it her first time nesting? Maybe she just hasn´t got it together yet, or maybe she´s just a bad brooder.....keep an eye on er, and see what she does as the days go by... If any of the eggs get cold after starting to brood them, of course, they´ll be wasted.

Ok I went out and she was sitting, but she had laid another egg
so she´s not properly broody yet. Let her be, she´ll prob sort herself out. :)
We should have ducklings any day now
Looking forward to seeing them...hopefully will have some little beauties. I´m waiting for 14 eggs to hatch, but they´ll be after yours, I think. I can´t quite remember when they´re due. I´ve divided them between 3 females, so they´ll all hatch the same day. I´d love some blues, but they´ll prob all be blacks!

hey, you never know :).

Just as I expected. 14 out of 14 eggs hatched. Very cute and a lot of variety in colors. Some of these eggs were fairly old when I decided to let her set, so was hoping not to get this many. Now what to do with them all.....
