Muscovy keepers share your pics!

Very nice ducklings Alaskan, but they don't stay that size for long LOL ,is the box in your coop a bed or nestbox?. About the red on the mother ducks face, I'm not any duck expert but it may be a sign that it's not laying as with chickens just before they lay and when they are not laying their comb is pale and gets redder when they start laying, so as Muscovies are only seasonal layers it may be because she is not laying.

I've moved my 2 mother ducks in with the chickens and put my drake with the ducklings after I had given both lots some food they all seemed fine and didn't seem to mind, but that will all become clear this afternoon.

Hoping it continues to work out for them all.

Thanks for the guess about the pale red area on my duck.

The entire duck coop is made from stuff from my junk pile and then some packing crates. I did buy some screws and the ripple boards to help fasten my antique plastic panels without breaking them.

The box is very sturdy, so I stuck it out one side to gain even more space for the ducks. The box was originally the base for a water pump.

I am thinking that they will probably use it as a nest box.
