Muscovy keepers share your pics!

That would be great since I only have the one Muscovy. I saw a craiglist ad from a guy over in Arkansas that had lavender muscovies and was selling some of the ducklings. I would love to get a few of those. But, I'm a MS wildlife rehabilitator and I limit myself to waterfowl and songbirds. I never know what how many birds I will get from day to day so I have to be careful that I don't overdue it. That is how I got my Smooshie! I grew up in FL where muscovies are all over the place and are considered a nuisance. I could not stand them. That was 17 years ago and within the last 3 years of me getting to love geese (especially Canada) and ducks, I still could not understand why anyone would want a muscovy as a pet. Then smooshie came into my life! She is the most personable duck I've ever had, and as a duckling, so quiet and calm even when she was by herself. This is her pic from last year when she was first given to me.

. Yeah I got a lavender and white male, but he's really three colors, lavender , pastel blue, and white, I got him from a guy in flora and I it him for Christmas and he already has four babies but with different mamas , like I hatched 4 from my girl black cap and two are his and the other two are another males, and I know all of them are black caps becuase they all have her personality and some form of white which black cap is (just with a black cap)

And then I have two of his babies now with another female

So if u want to borrow him u can, he works really fast

Mine just make their own nest inside their house give them shaving and a quiet corner they'll do the rest.
