Usually 2 to 3 months but It really depends on the bird

At 5 weeks you should be able to start picking out your drakelets from the ducks. There should be size difference drakes much larger than ducks, thicker legs set farther apart under then longer tails than ducks, ducks will have their legs set closer under them almost walking on their own feet and their lil bodies are shaped like a football .

I now have 3 broody hens but no way to seperate them all, but cant tell them no. How can I seperate?

Hens? Don't you mean ducks? Why separate them? Don't they do well co sitting. The ducks around here do.
