oh she's doing much better :) were taking her back tuesday and seeing if the mass is gone, and if it isn't then she's going to have surgery and if they have to do surgery then I'm going to ask them about taking out her oviduct.
Buck--you would take out the oviduct to prevent her laying eggs? Did she prolapse? Internal layer? I didnt even know that they would do a surgery for that?
 
No she has a bad mass in her lower abdomen from something rupturing in there either a male with a large private part or an egg layed the wrong way, so the ruptured part be came swollen and developed a mass and that made her sick. So it'll be better if she just doesn't lay anymore, or have anymore pheromones so she won't get mated with so much,
But the eggs she laid earlier in te yea hatched two from me and one by a broody that I took so she's covered for her genetic material, now she's gonna be a retired duckie and have a long and happy life ahead of her :)

I just did a necropsy on one with a mass like that... will post pictures later.
